ABOUT DR. MICHAEL SOUZA:

Dr. Michael Souza received his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine
and completed his undergraduate studies at Salve Regina University.

His postgraduate training was completed at Mesa General Hospital in Mesa, Arizona, and the
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Michael Souza earned his board certification in family practice in 1994.

MISSION:

Dr. Michael Souza’s intention and the mission of his practice is to provide patients with
state-of-the-art, quality care. Medical treatment is rendered in a professional, kind and courteous
manner. We promote good health and preventative care for a lifetime of healthy living.

ABOUT OUR NURSE PRACTIONER:

Gina Natalizia-Huntoon, is a graduate from Yale University and has a philosophy that patients must be involved in their own healthcare and in their bodies' journey toward wellness. She performs pediatric well-visits and health care specific to women. We do have pap smears here, which you can add to our services. She has a focus on family through all stages of life. Gina always remains attentive to the complicated life circumstances of patients, and their specific healthcare needs. She is very compassionate about what she does and works together with Dr. Souza to provide culturally-sensitive, and evidence-based family centered care.
